There are a fabulous range of activities taking place including assemblies and daily plans.

Tuesday
One of the most widely recognised approaches to improving wellbeing is known as the Five Ways to Wellbeing. These simple actions can help us feel more positive, resilient, and connected. Staff are being asked to share how they use these strategies and this will be shared with our students to help them.
1. Connect
Building positive relationships with others helps us feel supported and valued. Take time to speak with friends, classmates, family members, or colleagues. A simple conversation or act of kindness can make a real difference.
2. Be Active
Physical activity benefits both body and mind. Whether it is walking, sports, dancing, stretching, or spending time outdoors, staying active can improve mood, reduce stress, and increase energy levels.
3. Take Notice
Pay attention to the present moment and the world around you. Taking notice of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings can help you feel calmer and more appreciative of everyday experiences.
4. Keep Learning
Trying something new or developing a skill can boost confidence and motivation. Learning does not only happen in the classroom — reading, creative activities, hobbies, and challenges all support wellbeing.
5. Give
Acts of kindness, no matter how small, can have a positive impact on both the giver and the receiver. Supporting others, volunteering, or simply offering encouragement helps strengthen our community.
Wednesday

Thursday
