On the 29th September, our U16 girls' football team travelled to Rainford in the first round of the National Cup.
Our girls did the school proud considering they lost 9-1, however, finding out on the day that Rainford got to the quarter-finals of the National cup last year, it was always going to be a mountain to climb!
Well done to all involved and what a great experience it was to play against a school ranked in the top 8 in the country!
