To celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 6th March, we are sharing a story as a whole school over the week during tutor time.

During the week, Dr Breen our librarian will be sending out quizzes to students and offering book themed games in the library at break and lunchtime. Students have all received their free £1 World Book Day Book Token to go towards buying themselves a book.

We also have our new Scholastic Book Club up and running! Go to https://schools.scholastic.co.uk/balshaws/digital-book-club to browse the latest books and order online. For every £1 you spend on this month’s Book Club, our school will earn 20p in Scholastic Rewards. Please place your order online by March 27th, 2025. You can have your order delivered to school for free.
