Year 8 South Ribble Rounders

On Monday 15^th June our Year 8 girls took part in the South Ribble Schools Rounders tournament at Priory Academy in Penwortham.

The rain stayed away and we were blessed with some glorious sunshine for our matches, 8 schools competed in 2 pools with Balshaw's coming runners up in our pool to All Hallows A team.

We then went on to play All Hallows B team in the play off stages with our girls securing a convincing win to finish 3^rd overall in the tournament.

Well done girls, you were a credit to the school!
