Refugee Week

We are supporting Refugee Week from Monday 17th to Friday 21st June.

Students will learn more about this important week through the Sanctuary Foundation Great Big Live Assembly, lessons, Year 7 students are creating wonderful flags and other activities.

Our 'Word of the Week' is sanctuary and the definition is a refuge or place of safety away from pursuit, persecution or danger. Students can gain positives for using the word.

Our wonderful Middle School Council are holding a bake & popsicle sale for Refugee Week. This will take place on Wednesday 19th June at break and lunch and the goodies will be on sale at the bargain price of 50p! We would be grateful for donations of biscuits, cakes or cupcakes and they can be dropped off at room 7 on the day.
