Emotional Support Dog

We are very excited to introduce you to our newest member of staff - Rosie, our Emotional Support Dog.

Rosie is working with the Pastoral Team and is part of a psychology research project Mrs Seedall is carrying out, to establish the impact an emotional support dog has on levels of anxiety in adolescents.

Rosie is in school every Wednesday and Thursday assisting Mrs Seedall in her support sessions but also welcoming students in each day, helping them to make a positive start to their school day.

As you can imagine, Rosie is very popular with the students and the staff.
