South Ribble U14 Girls' 11-a-side Football Champions!

Our U14 girls' football team took part in the South Ribble Cup this year, with this being the first year the competition has been held as a South Ribble High School community.

The girls have been magnificent with 4-3 victories against Brownedge St Mary's and Leyland St Mary's and resulted in them booking a place in the final against Lostock Hall Academy.

In 26.5 degree heat, our students showed great spirit, attitude and determination putting their names and Balshaw's in the history books, with a very comfortable 3-1 victory, meaning they are crowned the first ever South Ribble U14 girls' 11-a-side champions!

We are incredibly proud of you all, well done!
